Protected Cropping Australia Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Protected Cropping Australia (PCA) will be held at 12PM AEDT on Tuesday 21 October 2025.

Members can attend this year's AGM either online via Microsoft Teams, or in-person at the Centuria office in Sydney. Select your preferred option upon registration, to receive further venue and meeting details. Registrations will close Sunday 19 October.

Agenda:

During the AGM, PCA Members will be given the opportunity to consider and, if thought fit, to pass any resolutions outlined in the agenda. Members will be able to ask questions about the operations and finances of the organisation, and speak about any items on the agenda. Proxy Form:

Eligible voting members are entitled to appoint a proxy if unable to attend the AGM. An appointed proxy must also be an eligible voting member and must be in attendance at the AGM. All proxies must be notified in writing using the proxy form prior to 12PM (AEDT) on Friday 17 October 2025. To appoint a proxy, please refer to the official notice of AGM previously sent via email.

 

Voting:

Nominations have now closed, and voting is officially open as of 6 October 2025. We have 1 elected Board position available at the 2025 AGM, and 3 amazing nominees. To read about our nominees and cast your vote, please refer to the information previously sent via email.

Please note only current financial members of PCA are eligible to vote for Board positions. Voting will close on 16 October 2025.
